How long will my order take?
If you are purchasing business stationery & gifts, we aim to have orders completed with in 4-6 working days (see our T&C’s) large orders will take longer and will advise timescales.
If you are purchasing business design such as a logo, we aim to have 1st proof sent with in 48 hours, we can make many edits until you are 100% happy with your design. Once complete you will receive the necessary files. Our average turn around is 3-7 working days, depending on how detailed the design is.
If you are purchasing a website this is a longer timescale we do advise up to 4-6 weeks, some times maybe longer if we are adding products to an e-commerce website which we always keep regular contact while building your website.

Will I receive a proof?
Yes, a proof is sent and must be confirmed before we print.
What payments do you accept?
We accept secure payments via paypal, which will provide you with customer buyers protection. This is a platform we use so you can use your preferred method of card payment, so you don’t need to have a paypal account.
We also accept bank transfer to be made within 48 hours of purchase, if no payment is made your order will automatically be cancelled.
Please note we have a SSL certificate on our website which makes our website secured, this will show a padlock in your search bar.
How long is delivery and how much?
We offer standard UK delivery with Royal Mail (3-5 working days) which is £2.95 including postage and packaging. We also offer FREE delivery on order over £40.00.
At the moment we only offer UK shipping
Can I place an custom order with you?
Yes, we accept custom orders, if you are looking purchase a few items which may not be on our website. Get in touch via our contact form with your requirements for a price and we can issue a invoice of your order.
How do I provide my logo or wording details?
Some details can be provided on our products on our website including an image upload which you can add your logo, however we would contact you after checkout to discuss your order which we can get your logo via email.
I have a question about my order?
At anytime after payment or received an order you can contact us at email@example.com or use our contact page on our website with your order number.
